Ellite Sphere Mobility Pvt. Ltd. is a Yango partner agency based in Shankhamul, Lalitpur. We put riders on the road who hold a licence but not a motorcycle, and we support them once they are there.

Who we are
Ellite Sphere Mobility Pvt. Ltd. is a private limited company registered in Nepal and operating from Shankhamul, Lalitpur, Nepal. We are a Yango partner agency: we recruit, equip and support motorcycle riders who earn through the Yango platform.

What we do
The barrier for most people who want this work is not the licence. It is the motorcycle. We remove it.
- We provide the motorcycle, so a lack of capital stops being the reason someone cannot work.
- Health and accident insurance for riders on the road, rather than an add-on to chase later.
- All-weather gear: raincoats, power banks, phone mounts, and performance reward hampers.
- Onboarding within about a week for a rider who walks in with a valid driving licence.
- Real support from real people, by phone, on WhatsApp, or at the office in Shankhamul.
The Ellite Rider app
We build and run our own software rather than leaving riders to chase answers. The rider app and the staff console together handle:
- Support tickets: payment and bonus queries, account problems, accidents and emergencies, vehicle maintenance, documents and registration. Emergencies are prioritised automatically.
- Earnings and Ellite Points: completed trips are verified, then points are allocated against a permanent ledger a rider can inspect.
- A parts store: genuine and verified motorcycle parts, oils and consumables, with stock, invoices and delivery tracking.
- Rider records: documents, vehicle, insurance and verification status in one place.
What we are not
We are not Yango. Yango operates the ride-hailing platform and its own app under its own terms. We are a partner agency: we supply and support riders who work through it. Questions about the Yango app itself belong with Yango.
We are not a bank and we do not issue a wallet. We do not hold or transmit customer money and we do not operate an electronic wallet. Store payments are processed by the Khalti payment gateway. Ellite Points are a loyalty balance, not money, and cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred.
